Policies & FAQ's
Once an order is checked out, we CANNOT change any aspect of the order (payment method, discount codes, shipping address, gift cards, etc...). It is the buyers responsibility to ensure their order is correct before finalizing the purchase!
All purchases are final for Food Products, Seasonal Items, Face Masks, and Sale/Clearance Items. No exchanges or returns on those styles.
Sales, Specially Priced Pieces, and Discount Codes cannot be applied to a previous purchase.
Discount codes (Loyalty or otherwise) cannot be retroactively applied to an order that has already been checked out.
Discount codes (Loyalty or otherwise) cannot be applied towards pieces that are on sale.
