Policies & FAQ's

  • Once an order is checked out, we CANNOT change any aspect of the order (payment method, discount codes, shipping address, gift cards, etc...). It is the buyers responsibility to ensure their order is correct before finalizing the purchase!
  • Sales, Specially Priced Pieces, and Discount Codes cannot be applied to a previous purchase or once an order has been checked out online. 
  • What we have in-store is what we have online. We do not maintain separate inventories. With that, online orders are pulled as quickly as possible but we cannot guarantee an in-store customer doesn't have it in their hands.
