Returns & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes, things just don't work out!

Holiday items, sale items, and consumable products (food, skin care, etc...) are final sale

For all other items, you may return and/or exchange the merchandise within 14 days of the original purchase date for store credit only. Returns/Exchanges are accepted on merchandise that has not been used or worn, has ALL tags attached, is odor-free, and is returned with a copy of the original receipt or a gift receipt.

If a receipt {regular or gift} is not presented, the item cannot be returned. We must have an order to connect it to. Our apologies for this inconvenience.

We take extreme care in packaging your items for shipments, but we understand that damages still happen. We ask that you inspect your order upon receipt and notify us of any damage within 48 hours and our team will promptly work on a replacement. Anything after 48 hours will be managed as a normal return.

Not local but need to return? Please email to initiate the process before sending anything back. We MUST receive an email first. 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping.
  • Refunds are made to store credit via email & can be used online or in-store. 
  • Shipping and handling charges from the original purchase are non-refundable.
  • Returns sent in that arrive with postage due will be returned to sender.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days, from the date of receipt, to conduct a quality control review and issue a refund. Once the store credit has been issued, you will be receive it via email.
