Refund policy

Holiday/Seasonal items, Local Artisan Items, sale items, and consumable products (food, skin care, etc...) are final sale, no returns or exchanges will be accepted on these items. 

For all other items, you may return and/or exchange the merchandise within 14 days of the original purchase date for store credit only. Returns/Exchanges are accepted on merchandise that has not been used or worn, has ALL tags attached, is odor-free, and is returned with a copy of the original receipt or a gift receipt.

If a receipt {regular or gift} is not presented, the item cannot be returned. We must have an order to connect it to. Our apologies for this inconvenience.
