An Important Update from AE Gifts & Clothing

After nearly eight incredible years, we’ve made the difficult decision to close our Victor storefront at the end of this holiday season.

This decision was not made lightly, but it feels like the right time for our family to begin a new chapter. We are incredibly grateful for the years we’ve spent here—the customers who became friends, the local artists and makers who trusted us with their work, our amazing staff, and this community that supported AE every step of the way.

While this is certainly bittersweet, we’re not saying goodbye just yet!

We’ll be here throughout the holiday season, continuing to bring in new merchandise, supporting our local artists and makers, and helping you find the perfect gifts just as we always have.

Our final day at AE will be Thursday, December 24, 2026, and we will close at 2 PM.

We hope you’ll spend this final season with us. ❤️

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

ARE YOU CLOSING RIGHT AWAY?

No!

We are open through December 24 at 2 PM, and we’ll continue receiving new merchandise throughout the fall and holiday season.

There is still plenty of time to shop AE, discover new arrivals, support our local makers, find holiday gifts, and visit us before we close. ❤️

ARE YOU HAVING A STORE-CLOSING SALE?

No. We will not be having an official store-closing or liquidation sale.

We may mark down certain merchandise along the way, but we will continue operating normally throughout our final holiday season.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Effective September 28, 2026, all purchases are FINAL SALE.

Purchases made on or after September 28 are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. This applies to purchases made in store and online.

Purchases made before September 28 remain subject to the return policy that was in effect at the time of purchase, including the original 14-day return period and applicable merchandise requirements.

WHAT ABOUT ONLINE ORDERS?

Our online store will remain open through December 14, 2026.

All online purchases made on or after September 28 are FINAL SALE.

If there is an error with your online order, please reach out by December 31, 2026 with your order number and details. While all online purchases are final sale, we will of course do our best to correct any fulfillment errors on our part.

WHAT ABOUT MY AE GIFT CARD?

If you have an AE gift card, we strongly encourage you to use it before our final day, December 24.

Please remember to bring your gift card with you when shopping.

Gift cards are no longer available for purchase.

WHAT ABOUT MY AE RELOVED STORE CREDIT?

If you have an AE ReLoved Resale Credit Voucher, we strongly encourage you to use it before our final day, December 24.

Please remember to bring your original voucher with you when shopping.

As always, AE ReLoved store credits are subject to the terms printed on the voucher.

CAN I STILL BRING ITEMS IN FOR AE RELOVED?

Yes. We will continue accepting eligible AE ReLoved items through November 21, 2026.

After November 21, we will no longer accept items for the ReLoved program.

ARE STORE FIXTURES FOR SALE?

Some store fixtures and display pieces will be available for purchase on a first paid, first served basis.

Please see us in store for current availability and pricing.

Purchased fixtures will need to be picked up outside regular store hours and no later than December 30.

For nearly eight years, AE has been so much more than a store to us.

We’ve celebrated holidays, birthdays, anniversaries, community events, milestones and countless ordinary days together. We’ve had the privilege of showcasing incredible local artists and makers, watching families grow, seeing familiar faces walk through our doors year after year, and becoming part of this community in a way we never could have imagined when we first opened.

So while there are a lot of dates and details on this page, the most important thing we want you to know is that we’re still here.

We have one more holiday season together.
